All products sold by SourceXCo Lab™ are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This policy ensures product integrity, safety, and quality assurance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with verification, include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for verified shipping damage or fulfillment errors. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
